Lantik Pengurus, Ketua Presidium DPP KAI: Kita Wujudkan AdvoKAI yang Cadas, Cerdas, Berkelas

Ketua Presidium DPP KAI Adv. Dr. KP. H. Heru S. Notonegoro, SH., MH., CIL., CRA meminta dukungan dari seluruh pengurus yang dilantik untuk sama-sama mengabdi di KAI dengan penuh loyalitas dan keikhlasan sehingga dapat menunjukkan bahwa advokat-advokat di KAI adalah advokat yang cadas, cerdas, dan berkelas sesuai dengan tema yang diusung saat Kongres IV KAI di Solo beberapa waktu lalu.

“Kepada rekan-rekan Presidium, para Direktur dan seluruh pengurus yang baru saja dikukuhkan, mari sama-sama kita tunjukkan bahwa kita adalah orang-orang yang memiliki kapasitas, kapabilitas dan berintegritas, yang mampu menyajikan program-program berkualitas demi mewujudkan advokat KAI yang cadas, cerdas, berkelas,” tutur Heru saat memberikan arahan di acara Pelantikan dan Pengukuhan Pengurus DPP Kongres Advokat Indonesia periode 2024-2029, Jum’at 27 September 2024 di Menara Sampoerna Jakarta.

Pada acara tersebut susunan lengkap personalia Pengurus DPP Kongres Advokat Indonesia periode 2024-2029 dibacakan oleh Presidium DPP KAI Adv. Prof. Denny Indrayana, SH., LLM., PhD.

Komponen Pengurus DPP KAI periode 2024-2029 yang dikukuhkan terdiri dari jajaran Presidium, Direktorat-direktorat, Kesekretariatan, Dewan Pembina, Dewan Penasihat, Dewan Kehormatan, Komisi Pengawas, hingga Honorary Chairman.

Selain itu, Heru juga memohon dukungan rekan-rekan pengurus KAI sehingga pengabdian dan kerja-kerja nirlaba yang akan dijalani kedepan, didasarkan pada loyalitas yang penuh ikhlas, penuh dedikasi, sehingga akan melahirkan prestasi yang bermanfaat bagi kejayaan Ibu pertiwi.

Pada kesempatan yang sama Ketua MPR RI sekaligus Ketua Dewan Pembina DPP KAI Dr. H. Bambang Soesatyo, SE., SH., MBA (Bamsoet) menambahkan bawah KAI punya pekerjaan rumah dalam penegakan hukum di tanah air. “PR kita bersama mewujudkan cita-cita pendiri bangsa untuk memerangi kemiskinan, kebodohan, dan ketidak adilan,” tutur Bamsoet.

Honorary Chairman KAI Adv. Dr. H. Tjoetjoe Sandjaja Hernanto, SH., MH., CLA., CIL., CLI., CRA. turut mengucapkan selamat atas dikukuhkan kepengurusan KAI. “Selamat bertugas dan mengabdi untuk kita semua,” tuturnya.

Seperti diketahui, pasca Kongres IV KAI di Solo beberapa waktu lalu, organisasi advokat ini memilih menggunakan format kepemimpinan presidium yang bersifat kolektif kolegial dan telah terpilih sembilan anggota Presidium di sidang Kongres IV KAI. Opsi ini diambil agar organisasi dapat didorong secara bersama-sama untuk menjadi organisasi advokat yang maju dan berperan besar pada perkembangan profesi.
